About Laura

Dr. Laura McHale (PsyD, MIA, CPsychol, ABC) is a business and leadership psychologist, communications specialist, and accredited executive coach.  Laura's work focuses on translating neuroscience to organizations in order to improve communication and organizational health. A 15-year veteran of the financial services industry (in New York and Hong Kong), she now spends her time helping executives and organizations reduce stress and burnout, increase engagement, and make work a more awesome experience.
