While modern organizations have made great strides in supporting and accommodating women before and after childbirth, not much attention is paid to later stages of a woman’s reproductive lifecycle. Menopause is rarely discussed and even taboo. This is ironic because many women attain leadership positions around the same time that they enter perimenopause and menopause, with significant impacts on their physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing.
Meno@Work (Menopause at Work) is a suite of programs and services, offered by Conduit Consultants, to help smash the menopause taboo, empower female leaders, and enable organizations to better support the needs of menopausal and perimenopausal women.
