About Us
Dr. Laura McHale (PsyD, CPsychol AFBPsS) is an American leadership psychologist, EMCC Accredited Coach, and the author of Neuroscience for Organizational Communication: A Guide for Communicators and Leaders (Palgrave Macmillan, 2022). With a passion for psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral linguistics, Laura integrates real-world business experience with a high degree of intellectual rigor. Her approach is warm, witty, and compassionate. She has extensive international experience and has worked with clients at all corporate levels across multiple industries.Laura has given talks at Oxford University and Hong Kong University, and lectured at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her work has been featured in publications such as the South China Morning Post, The Psychologist, and the Korn Ferry Institute, and she's been quoted in the Washington Post, Business Insider, and Financial Times. She is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the American Psychological Association, and she holds a doctorate in Leadership Psychology from William James College, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego
